4.   Initial Development

a. In the case of design work, we then go off and design 3-5 comps for your review and discussion. Once a design is finalized, we develop the site template and get started with the development of the content pages.

b. In the case of database application work, we design a working prototype of the application for your review and discussion. The prototype includes an initial GUI and a database backend. Once the prototype is design is finalized, we finalize the database, including implementing authentication, if required.
