Reciprocal links will be verified before your
link is posted. We check not only your link page, but whether
or not it is clearly accessible from your home page. Links
are also audited from time to time to ensure that our link
is still live on your web site.
Guidelines:

Links must be accessible
directly from your home page (no hidden link pages)
- Links must live within 2 user clicks
from your home page (we don't expect visitors or searchbots
for that matter to drill down 5 or 6 levels, and neither
should you).
- Links must also be categorized logically
- if our link lives on page 27 of 45, we don't expect for
it to be found, even if that link is within 2 user clicks.
We are looking to exchange LIKE links, therefore, we retain
the right to reject any link which is not reachable in a
similar way as yours would be displayed on our site.
- Sites must live on their own hosted account and have their
own domain name (no free-hosted sites on Geocities, Tripod,
etc.)
- Dynamically generated links pages will be reviewed for
search engine visibility. Link pages with only one variable
in the URL string will likely be approved, however sites
with two or more variables in the URL string will be reviewed
on a case by case basis. We respectfully decline to participate
in link exchanges where the link, or worse, the link section,
is not visible to the search bots.
- We do not link with "framed" sites, and generally
decline to link with sites that have a Google PR of 0.
- We only link with sites that are available in English.
Multilingual sites are fine as long as English is one of
the available languages.
- We retain the right to edit and/or decline any link requests
for any or no reason. We currently do not accept link exchanges
with Adult web sites, online casinos, prescription drug
sites, MLM sites, sites with offensive materials of any
kind, sites with 'Pop-up' proliferation, personal home pages
(unless they are amazingly good), or sites with illegal
content.
- If you submit a duplicate link request on any of our web sites, we will automatically reject the duplicates. We also perform database cleaning on a quarterly basis, and delete any duplicate links without notification. We check links periodically, and if we do not find your link on our web site, your link will be deleted from ours, again without any sort of notification. Our acceptance of any link exchange does not state or imply agreement with any terms or conditions stated on any other web site. By submitting your link request to any of our web sites, you are indicating that you agree with the terms and conditions stated herein.
